Osteo Bi-Flex Triple Strength (Oral) Reviews

6/28/21 I have been taking Osteo Bi-Flex Triple Strength with Joint Shield since 5/20/21. I take two tablets per day at dinner time. The tablets are easy to swallow because I take one tablet at a time. I have had no side effects. I was experiencing discomfort in both ankles, the arch in my left foot, and both knees. I am pleased to report that, except for some minor diminishing discomfort in my left knee, all discomfort is gone. It is important to allow enough time for this supplement to work, and it is advantageous to rest the areas of discomfort initially.

I took it for about one month and it did ease my arthritic knee and bursitis hip pain, HOWEVER, I noticed I had begun to have heart palpitations and shortness of breath! I realized the only thing new going on was that I had been taking this new supplement. I stopped taking it immediately, and the palpitations have gradually eased up, but after 3 months are still not completely gone. Monitor yourself carefully if you take this supplement, for any change in your heart rhythm.

Our doctor suggested adding this. My second day of use – extreme body heat to touch and felt like fire. I had drenching dripping sweat. I stopped immediately and symptoms resolved. My husband continued taking it. He has well has extreme body heat to touch with feeling of below the knees to toes feeling cold sensation, dripping body sweats, headache, dizziness, faint feeling. I think the FDA needs to review this and do a study. Also, you can only take this UP TO two years – we were not aware of this and found it on research. Use extreme caution and take under direction of your doctor – reporting all results to him/her.

Students who make it into medical school pay a lot of money for the privilege of eventually becoming a doctor, with medical school students in the class of 2019 graduating with an average of $201,490 in student debt, according to the Association of American Medical Colleges as reported by Nerd Wallet. That’s an increase of 2.5% from 2018.

I’m 29 and have been using this for about 2 years and it has really helped me. I have psoriatic-arthritis and work out so my joints would often hurt. I dint know if I’d be able to lift moderately heavy weights without it. I have yet to experience any side-effects, but I would caution anyone new to it to be aware. Our bodies react differently and so it is wise to listen to it if you feel you may be experiencing abnormalities.

I have hip pain & started using it for that. It worked very well for the first 2 weeks. Very little hip pain while walking. Then I started to feel heart palpitations & head ache at the same time. I did not make the connection between the pills & the palpitations at first. It got worse, I got scared and I saw the doctor who said nothing in the pill should cause that. I made an appt with a cardiologist cause at this point I was really worried about heart disease. I then realized that the palpitations started shortly after I started taking the pills. I stopped taking them & the palpitations are almost gone. Not so worried about my heart anymore. These side effects are not common but I felt they should be reported in case somebody else is wondering if they have a heart problem.

I started taking Osteo Bi-flex due a knee pain /wear on knee. I’ve been a dancer for many years. That was many years ago and it worked just great as the pain was gone within 3 days circa. I have repeated the treatment twice an year for many years and I’ve never had the pain again. I also exercise a lot and I’ve always had an intense leg trainning. After stopping the treatment (around 3/4 yrs ago) and after reducing the exercising, the knee pain came back and I decided to take Osteo Bi-flex. Within a few hours, I had a bladder discomfort. It could be just a coincidence but stopped taking it anyway and I was better alfer 2 or 3 days. A few months later I tried again and I had the same symtom. Althought I believe and experienced for many years that Osteo Bi-Flex can definitely help if you have a joint pain, I wouldn’t recommend it now a days as, in my opinion, its side effects are not to be underestimated.

I took osteo biflex for approx. 6 months. The pain in my knees became worse than it has ever been, to the point that I was considering cortisone shots. Luckily, I made the connection before it went that far. I was off of it for less than a week before my knees started feeling better.

I have osteoarthritis which affects my neck, shoulder, feet and lower back. Also have a bad ankle from a previous injury. I am low in vitamin D so I am taking the Triple strength with D and after two weeks, feel remarkably better! Almost no pain at all. I do take an anti-inflammatory but only half the dose now. I think this supplement really works. I did have a side effect the first dose. Felt very light headed and faint. I would suggest starting with only one pill for a day or two before taking the full dose. I now have no negative side effects after two weeks. Definitely worth a try to see if it works for you.

I started taking Osteo about a year ago. I’m a nurse and on my feet a lot. I had so much pain and stiffness in my knees and hips. Within two weeks of taking this, I felt a difference. After a year, the pain is almost gone. I do still feel some stiffness, especially after a hard day.

I had a severe reaction after taking Osteo Bi-Flex Triple Strength. Extreme dizziness. I had to hold onto the walls to walk around the house. It did help with my joint discomfort very well. Might be a good product for some people but, the side effect is unacceptable. I am sitting here waiting for the dizziness to subside.

I had hip pain for 8 years and it got increasingly worse. Went to orthopedic and was told I needed hip replacement soon if I did not quit all weight barring exercise.. I started taking Osteo Bi-Flex once a day and in one week I was practically pain free.. I am back playing tennis and walking everyday.. I do have a dull pain at night, but nothing like before..

AFTER 4 TO 5 DAYS TAKING OSTEO BI-FLEX TRIPLE STRENGTH just once a day, I started feeling a strong tension on my brain, with problems with my vision. It seemed that my brian was pulled from two opposite directions. I stopped taking the pill and the symptoms are slowly going away. I will not recommend this product. I wonder where would I be now If I have continue using it. This should be reported to de DEA. I did nor rate it because your page did not have a zero star option, so I chose the least of the possibilities.

The Osteo Bi-Flex helped with the aching in my right hip and knee, BUT I noticed extreme swelling in my ankles, feet, and lower legs. I stopped taking the Osteo Bi-Flex Triple Strength, and the next day the swelling was gone, and I have not taken the Osteo Bi-Flex since, and the swelling has not returned.

I started taking this product due to pain on my right knee, which had been bothering me for almost a year. After one complete dosage (2 pills) the pain had subsided a bit, by the second day it was almost gone after the second pill on day 2. On the third day, no pain. I can go back to my workouts without having to suffer through them.

I could tell the difference the next day. I have had knee pain for months. I also have feet and ankle pain. I was taking pain medication now I don’t. Everybody is different but it’s worth trying. I gave it a 4 in ease of use because the pills are large.

I thought osteo biflex would help my joint pain. After taking it twice daily for one month I was experiencing severe hip, leg and lower back pain. I had dreams every night that were extremely detailed. Rolling over in bed was painful. I quit taking Osteo Biflex 2.5 days ago and most of my pain is gone. My left hip joint is achy, hopefully there’s no permanent damage. I thought these would help. They didn’t.

This is the only thing that CURED my pain. I used to take Aleve, Celebrex and Cortisone. Could even sleep without frozen pads on my elbows and knees. I’m 42 yo and can say that yesterday I began training my teenager son again (volleyball). This product saved my mental health because I couldn’t move and that frustrated me a lot.

Having lower spine osteoarthritis, I was in excruciating pain most of the time. Especially when I get up from sleeping in bed. Osteo Bi-flex is a miracle pill! I still have some pain at night, but not excruciating. During the day, I can go about my daily routine with very little to no pain. Highly recommend.

I started taking this years ago in my 30’s and noticed that my right knee stopped cracking eventually. I continued on for years until about a year ago and got sporadic with taking it. The end result was a painful left knee and hip. The treadmill, which has been my faithful companion for eons, became a source of pain. So…..I started back on it, and here, about two months later, never missing a dose, it has been like night and day!! Just did 35 minutes and could have gone much longer! I will treat these pills like gold from now on! Never miss a dose! Read More Read Less

Agree with users that pills are large but pill size is fortunately not been an issue for me. I began taking Osteo Bi-Flex because my husband who runs, like I do, found the supplement helpful for his joint pain (runners for @ 30 years and active swimmers w/ a yoga practice). My reason for taking Osteo, however, was to see if it would help hand and foot soreness that comes on at night (throbbing ache that started with feet and then began to appear with hands). I thought symptoms were related to sw imming soreness. When pools shut during during the early part of the pandemic, however, the symptoms didn’t go away. I’m very healthy (50s and no medications or comorbidities) and doctor’s labs have ruled out arthritis and other conditions. There’s a chance this could be some form of neuropathy but I have yet to schedule an appointment with a neurologist to explore that further. Whatever it is, it responds great to this supplement. I take 1 pill, twice/day. It worked within days of beginning the supplement several months ago. This summer I was traveling and was not taking it daily and my symptoms returned. I’m back to taking it consistently and symptoms are beginning to alleviate as a result. No side effects at all for me, thankfully. In fact, I had no idea there were side effects. Only came upon this review site b/c I was researching the Osteo brand as their packaging changes (e.g., Triple Strength with Vitamin D vs. Triple Strength with MSM and D3). Read More Read Less
